Your first dialysis session can feel like a big step, but we’re here to make it easy and comfortable. From the moment you arrive, our team will guide you through each stage, answer your questions, and help you settle in.

Preparing for
Dialysis
(What to Bring)
To make your visit smooth, please bring the following:

South African ID or passport

Medical aid card

Referral letter (if applicable)

A list of your current medications
Patients will also be advised on any additional items to bring for their first visit.
Insurance and Payment Information
We work with all registered medical aids, provided your plan covers our services. Our admin team manages and submits claims on your behalf, so you don’t need to worry about paperwork.
Private payments may be accepted only on a case-by-case basis, where special arrangements have been made in advance.
